Stuart Meadows the owner of these companies has been in Spain for over 10 years now and decided to open this new sister company because of his love of the region and the people. He has lived in most parts of Spain and is sure that this is the area to buy currently, either for your family, holiday home, investment or to relocate. 

He has his own Finca here and is completely immersed in the Spanish way of life including all the ups & downs it may bring but aims to help and guide his clients through any of the pitfalls. He believes the life is healthy here as the Mar Menor is one of the healthiest regions in the world alongside California reported by the World Health Organisation offering some of the cleanest air in the world due to lack of polution. The region offers beautiful countryside & stunning sailing along this beautiful coastline with an abundance of marinas.

The new infrastructures, road systems & new motorway links to southern Spain, hospitals springing up in the region will all be serviced by three airports: San Javier ( Murcia ), Alicante & the soon to be completed Covera international airport are all testament to this.
